Dear Lehighton History Enthusiasts,
The Lehighton Area Heritage Alliance will hold our monthly meeting on Monday, October 21, at 6:00 PM at the Mahoning Sunday School at 4 Grist Mill Road, Lehighton (corner of Mahoning Drive East and Grist Mill Road).
All are welcome to join us in discussing and preserving the history of Lehighton and its surrounding townships. However, please note that the building is not handicap accessible and there are no indoor restroom facilities. An outhouse is available. Parking is limited, so if you are able, please plan to carpool.
Don’t forget – Show & Tell immediately following the meeting! Everyone is encouraged to bring a Lehighton-related old photo, memory, or artifact to share with the group at the end of the meeting.
Also, be sure to SAVE THE DATE for our Haunted History Ghost Walks on Saturday, October 26, from 6:00-10:00 PM at the Witches’ Market!
